Harmeet Chauhan is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of GS Lab | GAVS. Previously, he led the Engineering Edge business at Wipro and was a member of the Wipro Executive Board, where he was responsible for defining and driving the company’s global vision and strategy across areas such as 5G, AI, IoT, Industry 4.0, Cloud, Data, and Embedded Systems.

Before his time at Wipro, Harmeet served as the Chief Strategy Officer and President of Service Lines for Aricent, which was acquired by Altran Group and later by Capgemini. At Altran, he was the President of the Software and Internet Business Unit for North America. His earlier experience includes leadership roles in sales, product management, and business development at companies such as HCL, Sun Microsystems, and Microsoft.

Harmeet earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University, India, and completed his postgraduate studies in Business at the Fore School of Management in New Delhi, India. He works out of our Silicon Valley office in Santa Clara, California. Outside of work, Harmeet is passionate about golf and philanthropy.

Alwin has over 20 years of IT experience and is a PMP® Certified Project and Program Management Practitioner. He has handled Application Development, Maintenance and Support across various technologies across multiple customer engagements. He manages the Remediate® module of ZIF^TM and the cloud orchestration and infra provisioning platform, zIrrus.

She has over 12 years of experience in marketing and has worked with various IT organizations over the course of her career. Anitha drives demand generation for ZIF^TM. Her focus is on building a strong pipeline and enhancing the digital presence of the brand.

An evangelist of Zero Incident FrameworkTM, Anoop has been a part of the product engineering team for long and has recently forayed into product marketing. He has over 14 years of experience in Information Technology across various verticals, which include Banking, Healthcare, Aerospace, Manufacturing, CRM, Gaming and Mobile.

Balaji has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry in Application Value Management, Infrastructure Management, BPO Strategic Operations handling, P&L, Delivery, Operations and Customer Relations across multiple verticals which include Information Services, Retail & Hospitality, Media & Publishing, Manufacturing & Logistics, and Consumer Goods.

Chandra heads the IP team at GAVS. He has 25+ years of rich experience in IT Infrastructure Management, Design & Development of Enterprise Applications and Incubation of new products/ services in various industries.
He always thinks ahead and his implementation of ‘Disk-based Backup using SAN Replication’ in one of his previous organizations, as early as in 2005, is proof of his visionary skills.

Guru heads US Sales and is based out of Chicago. He is responsible for the overall Business Development, Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement, Customer Growth and Client Services for GAVS’ growing clientele and stakeholders in the US. Guru has over 20 years of Business Leadership experience across industries and geographies. He has expertise in engaging with Global 2000 CxOs, augmenting business through client engagement, nurturing value-based relationships and crafting solutions that address client business problems.

Nandan Sudarsanam is a faculty member in the Department of Management Studies and a core member of the Robert Bosch Center for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (RBCDSAI) at IIT Madras. He earned his PhD from the Engineering Systems Division at MIT, following which, he worked as a quantitative researcher for five years at a high-frequency algorithmic trading firm in New York. His research and work experience focuses on applications of experimentation, machine learning and the abstraction of data to models and algorithms.
