Overview

We collect personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site. This information is used solely for internal marketing purposes and for the production of whichever event you have registered for. The only occasion when personally identifiable information is shared with third parties is when particular event attendee lists are made available to other attendees and sponsors of the same event.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email and office address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for invoicing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Special Offers and Updates forms
We will occasionally send you information on ZIFTM and/or other related events or products.
Newsletters
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe.
Push Notifications
When you sign up to use our Mobile Apps, we will ask you if you wish to receive push notifications which we use to keep you updated on the activity that occurs within the Mobile App. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe.
Service-Related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
Customer Service
Based upon the Personal Information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

Non-personally identifiable
We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

We only share personally identifiable information with Third Parties when particular event attendee lists are made available to other attendees and sponsors of the same event.
Log Files

ZIFTM will share your personal information with third parties only in ways that are described in this privacy policy. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. Your personal information is never shared outside ZIFTM without your permission, except under conditions explained below. Inside ZIFTM, data is stored in controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where ZIFTM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents are located.

We provide you the opportunity to ‘Unsubscribe’ of having your Personal Information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information.
Newsletters
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may unsubscribe to receive them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at inquiry@gavstech.com.
Push Notifications
If you wish to no longer receive the push notifications you have opted into, you may turn them off at the device level.
Advertising
We partner with third parties to either display advertising on our Sites or to manage our advertising on other sites. Non-Personal Information: Non-Personal Information refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon the pages that you access in our offerings using various tracking technologies. To update, correct, or delete your Personal Information

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application.

This Web site contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by ZIFTM. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Security
We employ industry-recognized information technology to protect the security of the information you submit to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
