GAVel, a predictive analytics tool has been built more in the ITOA space primarily catering the infrastructure operations teams, to drive user experience by providing insights real time predictions of fulfillment. GAVel correlates events and data based on human intelligence and machine learning to provide predictive insights into data center operations, thereby driving higher businesses services availability and increased revenue. This open source platform deployed on MS Azure stack helps reduce meantime-to-repair (MTTR) reduced number of incidents, predict potential outages and enhances user experience in contact center / data center environments.
